CardiffMail is Cardiff University's mail and calendaring system. It can be accessed through the client on your desktop or
through the MWE on a web browser.
CardiffMail can also provide access to RSS feeds, Instant Messaging and more.

Client or Web?
If you have a networked University computer you should have the client (often referred to as Notes) installed. This offers more
functionality than the web version and is therefore recommended for networked computers.
When you are away from your networked computer, the web interface of CardiffMail offers a versatile solution for access to your
mail and calendar. You can access this through the Cardiff Portal at http://portal.cf.ac.uk.
Since students do not have their own networked computer, they will be required to use the web interface to CardiffMail.
